Prophet Tiffani — a quick update on your website, in four short parts: what changed yesterday and today, the new plan for the January restart, the choices coming with January's build so you can start thinking now, and one thing I need from you about your sponsor highlight. Tap a button to jump straight to any part.
That's me on your Spotlight page — thank you for the honor. The full feature lives on your website under "Vessels in the Spotlight," and my services page is at onepager.enterthehaus.co if anyone asks who built the site.
And from here: everything stays exactly as it is until the January restart. Nothing else will change on your site without your word.
You shared that the mentorship itself is changing — so here is the plan, built around your word:
And the keys are yours. Before January, I'll add a Mentees control panel right inside your owner dashboard. Inviting and removing people will be yours alone — not even I, as webmaster, will be able to invite or remove a mentee. This is your ministry and your assignment; your website will treat it that way. From your dashboard, you'll be able to:
Type a mentee's email and her invitation goes out — she sets her own password and lands inside the portal. Or paste your whole list of emails at once, and every invitation sends automatically. Nobody can create an account on their own; the only way in is through you.
Every mentee in one place — who has accepted her invitation, and whose is still pending — so you always know exactly who has access.
The moment someone should no longer have access, one tap ends it — the portal and the handbook lock for her right then.
If a mentee gets locked out, you can send her a password reset from the same panel — no need to call anyone.
What I need from you: just your January start date. I'll have your control panel built and ready before then — and when the day comes, you load your ladies in and open the doors yourself.
When the portal opens in January, two more pieces can come with it. Nothing to decide today — just start thinking, and tell me what fits how you teach.
One-on-one time with your mentees:
You set the hours you're available, each mentee picks her time, it lands on your calendar, and reminders go out on their own. The booking link would live inside the portal, where only your mentees can reach it. Google offers this free; Calendly is the polished paid version, about $10 a month if you ever want it.
A mentee sends a request from inside the portal — what she needs and her best times — and it lands in your dashboard, like your prayer and message forms do now. You confirm the time back. Simple, and nothing new to learn.
As the portal grows, your mentees could claim open times you set, right inside the portal itself — booked, reminded, and kept in your dashboard history. This one comes with the bigger build, a little further down the road.
Your group classes:
Each class keeps its day and time, and the schedule and join link live on the class's page in the portal. If you're in the class, you show up — no sign-ups to manage.
Classes run with a beginning and an end — like this January restart itself. You assign each mentee to her classes from your dashboard, and she sees only her classes: their times, the materials, and a place to turn in homework. (The old portal had classes and homework — this brings them back, better.)
For one-time teachings and workshops that aren't a standing class, mentees reserve a seat for that session.
Two things to sit with — no rush at all: for one-on-ones, do you meet by video, phone, or in person? And for classes, do yours run as standing weekly rooms, or in seasons? Your class names, whenever you have them, help too.
You mentioned that someone sponsored, and that you'd like to do a highlight for them — I'd be glad to build it. Could you send me their information once more?
I'll place the highlight on the website's Spotlight page, and it can also run as a social post. Here are some wording ideas — tap one to open it, take it as-is, or mix and match:
"Help us thank [Name] of [Business Name] — a proud sponsor of Vessels of Victory. Your seed is helping women arise, be empowered, and conquer. We appreciate you!"
"'A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.' — Proverbs 11:25. Thank you, [Name], for refreshing this ministry with your sponsorship. May the Lord refresh you in return."
"Today we honor [Name] — not just for what they gave, but for what they believe. Thank you for standing with Vessels of Victory and sowing into the lives of women. This is what covenant looks like."
"'God loves a cheerful giver.' — 2 Corinthians 9:7. [Name], your joyful generosity is moving the Kingdom work forward. From every Vessel: thank you."
"[Business Name] believes in women walking in victory. As a sponsor of Vessels of Victory Outreach Ministries, [Name] helps fund mentorship, outreach, and prayer gatherings for women in our community. We are grateful for partners who don't just watch the work — they help carry it."
With gratitude,
